Employees of Sterling Corp are struggling, their belief in meritocracy is faltering. They are starting to notice that no matter how hard they work, they can't achieve their dreams because the game is stacked against them. 

Take control of the Ghost of Meritocracy and enter their psyches to convince them to believe in you again. However, your hard work may not have the intended consequences...
